This scooter is a lifesaver! Reasonably priced and folds up and down easily for travel. Some have mentioned that the top of the cast against the pad is painful. I feel it would be the same with any scooter. I’m sharing my solution in case it helps others. I cut a small piece of styrofoam (which came wrapped around the tubing of the scooter) and tucked it in there to protect the shin bone where the pressure was (see photos). Works like a charm. I saved a long piece of the styrofoam to replace it after a week or so as it gets smooshed down. I also put my bike basket on it so I can carry things around and it holds my purse backpack perfectly on the handlebars facing me.
